Common questions
Do I get anything extra if I pay?
No. Every mock, quiz, note, current-affairs digest and the dashboard are free for any signed-in user. Paying is purely a thank-you — you'll just get a small "Supporter" tag against your account.
Is it one-time or recurring?
One-time. No auto-renewal, no subscription, no card-on-file.
Do I need to pay to use the site?
No. The whole site is free for every signed-in user — all 1,200+ full mock tests, 4,500+ topic quizzes, the question bank, study notes, daily current affairs and the dashboard. Supporting is entirely optional and never changes what you can access.
Does my support ever expire?
No. A contribution is a one-time thank-you, not a time-limited plan — there's no 2-year window, no expiry and nothing to renew. Your access never depended on it in the first place, so it can't lapse.
What if I already paid but my supporter tag isn't showing?
Email us at hello@keralapscstudymaterialandexam.com with your UPI transaction ID and we'll record it within 24 hours. Note: this only affects the "Supporter" tag — your access to everything is unaffected either way.
What is the refund policy?
A contribution is a voluntary one-time payment, so it is non-refundable once captured (refund policy). Since nothing on the site is gated, please use it free for as long as you like and only chip in if and when you want to. If your card was charged in error, email us and we'll sort it out.
